AIMS FOR HEAD TEACHERS AND THEIR EDUCATION CENTRES

Our aim is to eradicate staffing shortfalls that are faced by head teachers which are unexpected, disruptive and time consuming to resolve. Staff shortages are caused by some of the following:
  • Sickness
  • Maternity
  • Courses
To ensure the very highest quality of candidate from nursery to college teacher, all teachers are personally interviewed by our trained personnel, references screened, PECS carried out. Our consultants will also acquaint themselves with each unique schooling environment, aware of individual circumstances throughout the province.

AIMS FOR TEACHERS

Our aim is to provide teachers with relevant working experience with equitable remuneration at times and locations which are tailored to their individual working requirements and abilities from nursery to college teachers and from / special needs to languages specialists. For instance:
  • Newly qualified teachers
  • Those returning back to work
  • Unemployed Personnel
  • Those whose circumstances only require temporary placement.
Placements are available in all sectors of the educational system, from nursery teacher to college lecturer, encompassing all subject areas and experience levels from newly qualified to Senior Department Heads.
